The physical office is located along the Gregg storefronts on the South 40, between Wash U Wash and Student Technology Services. Students can use their university ID cards to swipe into the building during our open hours, either through the door between Wash U Wash and STS or through the side door by the Swap. The Health Center is for Iowa State University students. Currently, the Center cannot initiate hormone replacement therapy, but can refill existing hormone prescriptions and refer students to providers who can prescribe hormone therapy.

The Emergency Support Team (EST) is a student-run volunteer organization that operates 24/7, responding to any medical emergency on WashU's campus. EST members are CPR certified, Missouri licensed EMT-Bs and are required to provide the same level of care as other state EMS agencies. This includes providing first aid care for medical emergencies including cardiac, respiratory, intoxication, drug abuse, orthopedic, diabetic, severe bleeding, head injury, and any major trauma, as well as determining medical need for hospital transportation.

St. Louis ArtWorks is a year-round job training program using art to teach essential life and job skills to underserved youth, ages 14-19. In all programs, teens earn a stipend, are required to have a bank account, and attend financial literacy training.
