Special education services from an Early Childhood program through career and technical education students in public, private, parochial, and those who are homeschooled in St. Louis County

Educational and empowering experiences through early childhood education, after school programs, youth development and enrichment camps. UP offers licensed and accredited early childhood education and care for children ages six weeks to five years old, and supports up to young adults with profession development workshops and after school programs.

Youth emergency and transitional shelter with comprehensive support programs in St. Charles and St. Louis County. Services are trans inclusive. Pregnancy/delivery/parenting support + childbirth classes for pregnant and parenting youth up to age 19.

Full time, year round Day Treatment Program for toddlers ages 3-6 year old who have a mental/behavioral health diagnosis. Long-term, comprehensive services, including individual and group psychotherapy, parent counseling, psychiatric medication management, speech and occupational therapy on-site, until the child is prepared to transition to an educational placement.
