Students can only stay at NCNAA for a maximum of two years before they are able to transition to one of our ESOL Center Schools. Community Development Corporation This subsidiary of the International Institute helps immigrant and refugee entrepreneurs who want to start or expand small local businesses, but lack access to mainstream capital. IICDC provides business loans ranging from $500 to $35,000. IICDC also provides technical assistance includes help in writing business & marketing plans, obtaining business licenses, addressing credit issues and linking to volunteer professionals. Its goal is to help entrepreneurs become bankable."
