__Why “Pink Spots”? __

We get asked this sometimes! The “spots” are the places where LGBTQ+ folks and allies can gather, connect, and feel welcomed. We chose pink as a bold, joyful nod to queer history and culture — a color of resilience, visibility, and pride. Honestly, it could have been Lavender Spots or even Friends of Dorothy Spots — but Gay Pink Spots just felt right.
