Description
Faith based organization. Residential facility that assists pregnant unhoused birthing people and their children with shelter, goal-setting, education, employment, parenting, and permanent residence. Must be 18+ to apply.
Services include a maternity program, a transitional living program, and "Project Inspire" which extends support to those in their programs for up to 10 years.
Staff completed one trans competency training with Trans Housing Initiative St. Louis (THISTL) in November of 2024. Staff have confirmed services are meant to be trans inclusive, but do note that program language heavily emphasizes "women and mothers". Trans folks who are birthing or pregnant should be able to seek services, but may not feel themselves reflected in program materials.
