Grayson Rosen (he/him) is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor and received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. Grayson works with adults and specializes in supporting clients in self-exploration, identity development, life transitions, anxiety, burnout, religious trauma, developing self-compassion, and embracing neurodivergence.
As a queer and neurodivergent person himself, Grayson strives to create an environment where people of all gender identities, attraction patterns, relational orientations, and neurotypes feel affirmed and can develop pride in who they are. His approach is rooted in empathy and non-judgmental acceptance and is built upon the practice of deep listening. Establishing a trusting relationship is his first priority.
Grayson is also listening for the “shoulds” and is ready to highlight areas where society’s expectations are causing internal shame or pulling people away from their values. His style is collaborative, integrates compassionate curiosity and humor, and is highly individualized. He draws from narrative therapy, parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT skills, and is trauma-informed.

- You are or wonder if you might be neurodivergent and want to build a life that works for you.
- You suspect some of your problems are rooted in systems of oppression.
- You want a safe space to process impactful past experiences.
- You’re ready to take back the authorship of your story
