Description
Independence center is a community based rehabilitation program for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses in the St. Louis area, built on the Clubhouse model of psychosocial rehabilitation. Services and program include: case management, medication management, disability education and resources, mental health resources, employment and community building resources. Resource that provides assistance to people with Mental Health diagnoses by enrolling them in their Mental Health Support program and then through that program, they can help with housing assistance.

- Adult, age 18 and above, and recorded diagnosis of a serious mental illness such as: Major Depressive Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Records may be requested to assist with verifying eligibility. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, and the Uninsured.
