Description
Healing practice offering Breathwork, Conflict Mediation + Coaching, Astrology, Energy Work, & Spiritual Guidance.
My practice is centered around trans and queer embodiment, unfoldment, and liberation. I am certified in Breathwork, Reiki, and hold Trauma Informed certifications from the Prison Yoga Project, as well as a degree in Philosophy.
I primarily practice Breathwork, but integrate and hold space alongside all of these lenses of insight; with an ever developing understanding of how power structures, multi-reaching systems, institutions, ideologies, and inequities affect the bodymind and our abilities to respond and process trauma, as well as our ability to show up in a secure, rooted authentic expression.

- increased clarity and brain functioning
- creativity, play, and joy!!!
- chronic stress & low energy
