Foundations for Change, LLC (FFC) is a St. Louis-based organization made up of an experienced team of psychiatrists, licensed professional counselors, licensed social workers, and provisionally licensed counselors.
FFC offers a variety of therapy services such as: Individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling, relationship counseling, adolescent therapy, EMDR, in-service presentations, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, play therapy, psychiatry, and trauma therapy.
The founders of FFC have 30+ years of experience in therapy services. FFC itself has been helping patients in the St. Louis metro area for over a decade -- supporting over 1,000 individuals with care tailored to their unique needs—helping them achieve lasting health and well-being. In addition, FFC offers LGBTQ+ affirming therapy in St. Louis, creating a safe, inclusive space for individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
