Vermae Telehealth

Vermae Telehealth provides accessible, gender-affirming care for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse individuals through secure virtual visits. Services include individualized hormone therapy (estrogen, testosterone, and related medications), sexual health services, and ongoing follow-up care. Licensed provider develops personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and medical history. All care is delivered via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring privacy, inclusivity, and convenience. LGBTBE certified business through NGLCC.

Care is available statewide via telehealth. Will begin offering in-person visits in November 2025 at a new office space in the Shaw neighborhood of St. Louis. The practice follows a concierge medicine model, giving patients ongoing access to their provider between visits for questions, medication adjustments, and support. All visits are confidential, and prescriptions are sent to each patient’s pharmacy of choice.

• Initial visits: $300 (1.5 hour visit to get to know the patient, full history, discuss goals—also includes initial labs and treatment plan)
• Ongoing care: $115/month membership (includes follow-up visits, coordination, and direct provider access)
