Sarah Kathryn, MSW
Description
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Sarah Kathryn provides inclusive and affirming therapy for individuals, couples and groups. She understands that people carry unique experiences and she is here to offer a space where you can show up fully as yourself. Her approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in social justice. She works with clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, identity exploration, coming out, transitions, relationship dynamics and the stress of living in a world that often is not welcoming or inclusive to all.
Sarah says there is so much in the world that we cannot control. The one thing we can control is how we respond and how we choose to care for ourselves. Learning how to access your coping skills and mastering these skills can be life changing. Together Sarah and you will tap into those skills and practice those skills until they become a way of life.
Sarah Kathryn believes that growth doesn’t always happen within four walls. Sometimes it is found in nature, connecting with the natural world and in discovering what you need to thrive. She incorporates expressive arts such as sound, movement, visual arts and horticulture if it is something you are open to. Together you and Sarah will create a process and plan that fits your needs.
