Description
Too many women are unfulfilled, unhappy, and underpaid in their jobs, but afraid to take the leap into the unknown. We designed a program to guide motivated women through a process to start working in exciting careers and get paid what they’re worth.
Rung for Women is a career accelerator program focused on building confidence, learning new skills, and ultimately climbing the economic opportunity ladder for women in the St. Louis region. We offer technical skills training in five skills training pathways, career coaching, financial literacy, wellness amenities, and much more at no cost to members. We focus on women who are “stuck” — who are looking to get paid what they are worth.
At Rung, we help women build confidence. We guide women to explore and pursue successful career pathways in high-demand industries they may have not realized were available to them. Through career coaching and a community of support, Rung members take action toward a better future for themselves – with more salary, more respect, more fulfillment.
We’re innovating to help members prosper, rediscover what’s right with themselves, and harness their strengths to change not only their world but the world for the better.
