Description

"Building healthy relationships with others depends on us having a healthy relationship with ourselves. I use Internal Family Systems and EMDR to help neurodivergent adults, queer folks, and CPTSD survivors build life affirming relationships to themselves and the important people in their lives. I see both couples and individuals.

As a queer, neurodivergent clinician who specializes in healing attachment trauma, I understand what it's like to struggle with healthy relationships and self-compassion when you fall outside the "norm." Self-compassion and loving relationships are possible. Let's work together to help you find your way back to love."
