Michelle Brown, MA, LPC
Description
Michelle Brown, at Chasing Nine Therapy, knows that starting therapy can feel very intimidating—it’s a big step to open up to someone new about your life and struggles. She wants to recognize how brave it is for you to take that leap.
As your therapist, her aim is to establish a safe and supportive environment where you can freely share your challenges, successes, fears, and dreams. She approaches all of her sessions with empathy, understanding, and genuine care. She will be there to support you through this journey, ensuring you feel heard and valued every step of the way.
She understands from her own personal experience that sometimes life can be difficult and it can feel like no one hears, understands or sees you. Her main goal as your therapist is to create a safe, and welcoming therapeutic environment where you always feel seen, heard and understood.
Specializations: Anxiety & Depression, ADHD, Grief, Self-Esteem & Self-Worth, LGBTQIA+ & Gender Affirming Care, Complicated Family Dynamics, Boundary Setting & Communication Skills, and Social Anxiety
