Jessica Good is a therapist and owner of Good EMDR Therapy, LLC, and creator of The Good Practice: Social & Learning Community for Mental Health Therapists.
Since 2018, Jessica has been using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients uncover the root of their struggles and create meaningful, lasting change.
