Jane Henke is a therapist practicing since 2003, supporting individuals through a wide range of life’s challenges. She specializes in helping clients heal from grief, and the impact of trauma. She also work with individuals living with depression, anxiety, or who are facing major life transitions. Jane has a passionf for working with immigrants and individuals from marginalized communities.
Creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space is at the core of her practice. She focuses on building genuine, trusting relationships with her clients, empowering them to work toward their goals in a way that feels authentic and meaningful. Using this client-centered approach, Jane takes the time to truly understand each person’s story, offering personalized therapies to promote healing, growth, and overall well-being.
