At one point, ROW became part of Family Forward. As of Jan 2024, Family Forward no longer has a program called ROW or provides these specific services.
Services for women who have been impacted by poverty/economic hardship, homelessness, and/or intimate partner violence. Focused on financial security, parenting classes, and educational support.
