Emma Consiglio provides integrative, person-centered care for individuals, couples, and families experiencing ADHD, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, behavioral and eating disorders, attachment challenges, body dysmorphia, adoption and foster care issues, blended family dynamics, athlete’s concerns, life transitions, and aging or Alzheimer’s-related issues. Their approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, trauma-focused practices, and a strengths-based framework.
