The 8 Dimensions of Wellness offer a holistic approach to living a balanced, healthy life. These dimensions recognize that well-being is not just about physical health but also encompasses emotional, mental, social, and environmental aspects of life. The 8 dimensions include: Emotional Wellness, Physical Wellness, Intellectual Wellness, Social Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, Occupational Wellness, Financial Wellness, and Environmental Wellness.
