Danielle Conforti, MA, LPC

Description
Danielle Conforti is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing at Small Victories Wellness. Although therapy can be intense and hard at times, Danielle works to keep a positive balance between seriousness and humor. She is a person-centered therapist at heart and she believe in encouraging and challenging her clients to grow through their challenges by using and trusting in their own strengths and wisdom. Life can oftentimes be confusing and difficult, so she feels as a therapist it is her job to offer support, knowledge, and skills to help process through self-doubt, trauma, and cognitive distortions that have often been ingrained from childhood experiences.
Along with her clinical expertise, she has also been trained in a number of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). In conjunction with these modalities, a positive therapeutic connection, and a little bit of motivation, Danielle's clients will be able to reach any goal they set for themselves. If you’re interested in meeting with her and beginning your journey toward confidence and healing, please contact the Small Victories Wellness today!
