Congruent Psychotherapy is an entity that provides individualized and specialized psychotherapy from licensed professionals in Saint Louis. We screen each professional practitioner or their general clinical knowledge and expertise so that we can better serve our communities.
We offer sliding scale services and are also under insurance in order to accommodate the fiscal needs of our clientele.
Our modalities range from DBT, CBT, trauma-informed CBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, solutions-focused, etc.
We believe in focusing on treatment that is long-standing, sustainable, and systematic, so that our clientele can grow deeply.
