Charlie Janski-Ogunfidodo (he/him) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. His therapy methods include mainly Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy tools/techniques. Charlie's goals are to help you employ your strengths to get what you want and find tools and knowledge of basic neurology to change thoughts, if you choose to. As a proud bisexual, trans man, he loves to work with LGBTQIA communities. He celebrates kinky and poly people and strives to be an imperfect ally to non-binary trans people and people of color.
Experience: During his career, Charlie has worked with both individual and group settings, including adults with people living with HIV, veterans, incarcerated people and transgender/gender variant individuals. These populations included people with depression, bi-polar disorder, personality disorders, anxiety, PTSD and depression.
