ROSATI APARTMENTS AND GROUP HOME
Description
Supportive housing for persons with disabilities.
"Since this property was built or renovated using funding from HUD's current Section 811 Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities program or legacy Section 202 program, residency is usually restricted to households earning 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less with at least one adult member with a disability. Tenants pay rent based on household income. This rent is usually the highest of the following three amounts: either 30% adjusted monthly income, or 10% unadjusted monthly income, or, if receiving welfare assistance, the housing costs portion of this assistance."
Must go through Coordinated Entry to be considered for placement. Apartments are through BJC and group home is through St. Patrick Center.
"Rosati Group Home Program provides counseling, daily living skills instructions and 24-hour protective oversight to persons with mental illness. Staff provide them with meals, medication management and items for daily living for each person. To qualify, persons are assessed at the time of admission while their referrals must come from a case manager and they must also get funding through the Department of Mental Health Supportive Community Mental Health Program.
If someone is interested in the program, they can visit the Welcome Center at 800 N. Tucker Blvd which is open Monday-Friday from 8 am - 4:30 pm." - from https://www.findhelp.org/st.-patrick-center--saint-louis-mo--rosati-group-home/5120411713929216?postal=63044
