Ashley Bell, PLPC offers LGBTQ+ affirming, person-centered mental health therapy to teens and adults & leads a free chronic illness support group (starting May 5, 2024).
Therapy for individuals & couples
Ashley utilizes person-centered and eclectic therapy techniques. She specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to treat PTSD, and often works with:
- Body-based trauma: car accidents, sexual assault, chronic illness, or natural disaster.
- Anxiety or depression
- New life transition
- Finding purpose
- Early adult or midlife career needs
- Premarital counseling
Therapy for teens
- Divorce or remarriage of the parents
- Career or college exploration
- Trauma, including sexual assault
- Bullying or other interpersonal concerns
- Behavioral or decision-making concerns
Chronic Illness Support Group
