Better Family Life's De-Escalation Hotline

Better Family Life (BFL) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit community development corporation with housing, employment, nutrition, and youth services.

The St. Louis Metropolitan Area (SLMA) De-Escalation Centers were launched in response to high gun violence rates in the St. Louis region and the growing number of requests from families for intervention and mediation to de-escalate situations with a private conflict resolution hotline.
