Ms. McGuire has consistently worked in the field of social services since 1977, specializing in treatment of offenders since 1980. As the owner of McGuire Counseling Centers she has set as policy that all offenders are to be treated with a sense of respect, and provided the best and consistent treatment MCC can offer."
