St. Louis Urgent Dental is a dental practice (with 4 locations throughout the STL Metro area) devoted to treating urgent dental needs. Started by Dr. Augustine Borgmeyer in 2018, St. Louis Urgent Dental was the first true “problem-focused” dental practice in the STL Metro.

Fast Care: Their team offers expanded hours 7 days a week with easier appointment scheduling. Their online scheduling service through Local Med gives you access to simple and easy appointment scheduling 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After making your dental appointment online, you will receive confirmation through text message to ensure they have your appointment secured.

Basic info:

• Medicaid, Medicare, or Other State-Sponsored Insurance Plans not accepted (only accepts Delta Dental Premier, Guardian PPO, Aetna PPO, Metlife PPO and Cigna PPO)
• Same-Day Procedures (such as Fillings and Extractions) are possible only after an evaluation and x-ray. Some procedures may require a second visit, such as a Root Canal. The doctor will review all treatment options with you after your evaluation (including same-day treatment options) if appropriate.
• General sedation and nitrous oxide are not used. They utilize local anesthetic in your mouth's treatment area, and you will be awake during the procedure.
• They can extract the majority of wisdom teeth. Depending on the complexity, you may need a follow-up appointment to have this done.
