St. Louis DBT

Description

St. Louis DBT is a group of clinicians offering skills groups, individual, couples, and family therapy for adults and adolescents 13 years of age and older. Treatment methods include DBT, EMDR, CBT, CPT, PE, Trauma-Informed Yoga, ACT, and MCBT.

Individual Therapy sessions range from $110 to $175 and group sessions range between $60 for our 90 minute DBT groups to $85 for the 90 minute teen and family groups. Several therapists accept various types of insurance.
