Dr. Saini is a psychiatrist who has experience treating multiple psychiatric disorders. She is able to diagnose, treat and suggest alternative treatments to get the best outcome for your struggles. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and bipolar disease. She is able to treat substance abuse issues as well.

She is currently able to meet you in person for evaluation in Richmond Heights, Missouri on Wednesdays or Thursdays and see you via telehealth in the comfort of your own space. Please be aware that some medications require at least one in person visit prior to being prescribed.

SANA Psychiatry is a very small practice that relies heavily on technology. As a result, patients will need to have an e-mail on file so that we can communicate effectively. While we do reach out with phone calls, the best way to contact us is through the patient portal. If a patient feels that this is not something that they feel comfortable doing, this practice may not suit their needs.

We do not have a in person front desk staff, so any needs will likely be met through e-mail, phone call or patient portal. It is highly imperative that the patient is comfortable with completing forms online as well as emailing to be a good fit for this practice.
