Lauren Rackovan is a Nurse Practitioner at MCRM Fertility. MCRM offers several fertility treatments such as Egg Donation & Recipient Services, Ovulation induction, IUI (Intrauterine Insemination), IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), Egg and sperm freezing and Third-party reproductive options.

Bio: Prior to joining MCRM, Lauren has worked in both hospital and private practice settings. For more than 10 years, Lauren was a Neonatal ICU nurse at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital where she was recognized with the “Treasure Chest Award” for patient and physician satisfaction, was nominated for the “Daisy Award and the “SSMile” award and while at Mercy she was recognized for providing compassionate care and exceptional service. Upon becoming a women’s health nurse practitioner, Lauren worked in private practice for 3 years and then for 3 additional years with Mercy where she earned a patient satisfaction rating of 4.8/5. Lauren is licensed by the Missouri Board of Nursing and the Illinois Board of Nursing and certified by the National Certification Corporation.
