Description
Founder | Expert in Chiropractic Sports Medicine | Empowering Health & Performance
Dr. Jennifer McCleary is the founder of Triad Sports & Family Chiropractic. Her mission is simple: 'I provide holistic healthcare options for those looking to be the best version of themselves.' Since in 2006, she has helped thousands of people in the St. Louis Metropolitan community achieve their health and wellness goals by addressing both pain and performance through chiropractic care and other natural and supportive strategies.
As a female chiropractor, her approach is grounded in understanding and empowerment. She specializes in working with individuals of all ages and physical capabilities—from busy parents and weekend warriors to corporate professionals and elite athletes. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, striving for peak performance, or aiming for lasting vitality, she works with bodies of every shape and size to help you live at your best.
At the heart of her practice is the belief that true health comes from a deep understanding of how the human body is designed to function. She can be quoted as saying "I focus on the integration of the skeletal, muscular and nervous systems—also known as the of the human movement system to help my patients achieve lasting results.' She says that her goal is to fix what dysfunction she find then give the body the space to heal. By addressing these systems collectively, I empower you to move better, feel better, and live better."
