The Saint Louis County Sexual Health Clinic offers STI prevention, testing, and treatment to all residents with no out-of-pocket costs.

Hours Mon-Fri: 8AM - 11:15AM (first session) and 12:30 - 3:30PM (second session). First come, first served. On the first Friday of each month, the Sexual Health Clinic will not open until 12:30PM to accommodate staff training.

Services offered Diagnosis, testing, and treatment for: Chlamydia Gonorrhea HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) Syphilis Trichomoniasis Free condoms, lube, dental dams, and internal condoms (also known as female condoms or FC2s) available PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), daily medication which prevents HIV infection PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis), a 28-day course of medication that can greatly reduce the risk of HIV infection when begun within 72 hours after exposure to HIV

Cost Anyone is welcome in our health centers, regardless of ability to pay. Patients do not incur any out-of-pocket costs. Please bring your photo ID and an insurance card if you have one. We accept many major types of insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. Services are offered at no cost for Saint Louis County residents without health insurance.
