Description

Re-entry support program that starts six months before an inmate is released and continues for up to one year after return to the community. Three primary areas: behavioral health and wellness; education and employment; and community and life skills. The organization is currently operating in select Missouri and Illinois prisons. Call or check the website for more information and enrollment qualifications. Enrollment starts before release.
