Shop policies!!!!

Hi Everyone!! I have an updated policy list for you! (subject to change as necessary)

Please text me at 314-810-7970 for any questions/inquiries. Don’t call or email. I get a lot of scam calls anymore and I’ve stopped answering unknown numbers, and I’m unlikely to see an email in a timely fashion. Don’t text the number that gives appointment reminders. That’s the square online service number. IF YOU DON’T CONTACT ME THIS WAY FOR CANCELLATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

Please read service descriptions before booking. Feel free to text me with any questions!

  • If you are vaxxed/boosted and not currently sick, you do not need to wear a mask in my chair if you so choose. If you feel more comfortable/safe with one on, I completely support you. I just ask that everyone consider wearing a mask in the hallway, as it is common space. If you feel like you’re getting sick, I strongly encourage staying home. Kn95 will be required if you’ve been exposed to someone sick.
  • Cancellation policy is in full effect, even in cases of sickness. 50% of service cost will immediately be charged if you cancel/no show on the the day of service. This is to protect my time, not a judgment on you. You are free to reschedule online here should you choose to do so
  • Hate speech is not tolerated in my chair. I will kick you out mid service.
  • Not so much a policy, but I strongly encourage pictures of the cut/look you want.
  • Kids are welcome! But they must be able to sit still and respect the space.
  • Kids over the age of 11 will be charged adult pricing. Kids cuts do not come with a shampoo.
  • As of June 13th, 2023, my prices are up. Check prices before booking!

Note: Access to Fitz's office requires going up a flight of stairs.
