Lutheran Family and Children’s Services of Missouri is a non-profit, statewide social service organization providing:

"LFCS serves clients regardless of race, faith, national origin, gender or age. Although we respect and uphold our Lutheran heritage, more than 80% of the children and families served by LFCS are from other faiths."
Current office locations are: St. Louis, St. Charles, Columbia, Cape Girardeau , Springfield, Franklin County, Kansas City and Joplin. Hilltop Child and Family Development Center is an additional LFCS service site embedded in the North St. Louis community. Check their website for the location closest to you.
Update (Oct 4, 2024): Offers free youth psychiatry services for kids who reside in STL County and Franklin County. "We welcome all who seek this service to reach out to our intake team. Kids are not required to enroll in LFCS therapy services in order to receive care from our psychiatrists. We have openings for office based therapy as well!"
