Description

The ACCESS Project is a team of Certified Application Counselors (CACs) and a team of Federal Navigators (FN) to assist with enrollment in the health insurance Marketplace for people who are uninsured or underinsured. The CAC's FN's help people throughout Missouri know about their coverage options and the financial help for which they may qualify. The ACCESS Project is coordinated through a statewide consortium of partnering agencies with leadership from EFA.
