Description

Metro East Mutual Aid (MEMA) is an all-volunteer network in the Illinois Metro East supporting and strengthening communities through autonomous organizing, solidarity, and resource sharing.

They network with other local organizations and provide support to community members in many ways including:

  • STL name and gender marker resources
  • Baby supplies
  • Free pet vaccine and microchip clinic
  • Funding support for local families
  • Food distribution
  • Clothing distribution
  • Menstruation supplies
