Healing Exchange LLC is a St. Louis-based space made up of therapists who specialize in relationship, sex, and trauma therapy. Healing Exchange therapists serve and support clients in St. Louis City, St. Louis County and across Missouri with in-person and telehealth options.

- Standard rates range from $200 to $225, depending on the service and the provider. Intern rates range from $75 to $100. Providers may have space to offer reduced rates, so ask during the consultation if needed. Free Initial Consultation

- Rafaella is the only therapist who accepts insurance (Anthem/BCBS, Option/UHC). All other therapists are private pay and may be able to provide paperwork for reimbursement. Coaching services are not covered by insurance; Accepts FSA/HSA for payments.
