Description
Eileen ‘Remedy’ Cheong is a native New Yorker who believes in the upliftment of humans whose stories have been historically erased and seeks to practice this through her work as a visual & literary artist, art therapist and community activist in St. Louis, MO. She is the Founder of Elemental Integrated Healing Arts Designs, a project offering transformative experiences centered on people of the global majority where they can envision, empower and excel in their dreams. Remedy has had her poetry performed in a community-wide piece called “Celebration of Survival '' byCall 2 Conscience theater and in collective publications like Emergence/Activate. She is the editor and founder of the “The Witchy Report” an online zine dedicated to decolonialist views that elevate the magical spaces of life & other creative content centering queer voices.
